All of our teachers are available for private lessons or corporate events on request. YogaDivas welcome every'body' - no matter what shape or size, whether you are a complete beginner or experienced practitioner. Every'body' is welcome , all we ask is for you to bring along a smile and an open heart, and we will guide you through the rest of your class introducing you to some wonderful yoga bliss! Sarah, Catherine, Juli and Nadja are fully qualified Hatha yoga teachers. Why try yoga?Combining a strong yoga asana pratice, with a guided breath is a fantastic way to achieve not only a toned physique (with consistent practice) but almost from your first class you will witness the beneficial effects on your mind, body, and emotional state.
Leaving your yoga class you will feel not only more centered and calm, but also energised and emotionally 'walking on air'. Yoga is also an amazing way to discover (or re-discover!) the 'tejase' within us, and in our lives. 'Tejase' means 'Divine Sparkle' in Sanscrit and a regular yoga practise helps us connect with it and enjoy life to the max! For those now living abroad you can also subscribe to our Google+/YouTube classes
